GCS offers a full turnkey solution for composite aeronautical components and aircraft. We have extensive prototyping experience and our development model is based on that of the Lockheed Martin "Skunk Works®" concept.

Our prototyping expertise allows us design, develop and manufacture mouldless structures, plugs and moulds. This leads to prototype manufacture, flight testing and evaluation.

We have comprehensive composite production processes in place which include Wet Lay-up Lamination, Vacuum Compaction, Pre-preg Lamination, LPET process and Autoclave processing.

Our engineering turnkey solutions often form an integral part of the Composite Turnkey Solution. However there are specific services within our engineering department that can be offered independently of composite manufacturing.We can carry out Aerodynamic and Structural design, CAD drawings, CAA Compliancy and Static Load Testing on components and airframes.
